An itty-bitty, bitty, preview.

Not much guys. sorry but I feel like I'm giving more than half the story away so I've cut back on the previews. Maybe another few chapters I'll throw another one up =). For now a sneak peek for you. (As always non-betaed<is that even a word?> and all the errors are all me).

Getting up, Price walked over to the tray with the pieces of metal on them. Seeing the one that Cam had rubbed the flesh off of, he leaned closer. Standing up abruptly, he reached over, pulled out two gloves then put them on.

Cam turned around in surprise when she heard him put the gloves on. She saw him holding the medal in his hands and rubbing the blood off. He let out a low whistle and peered closer.

“This is a Valorous Unit Award,” he said almost in a reverent whisper.

Setting it down he began picking up pieces of metal, rubbing them off then setting them down in a row.

“Aww, hell,” he muttered, glaring at the medals laying on the tray.

“Is there a problem, Agent Price?” Hodgins asked, walking over to stand near him.

“Other than we have someone with a long military career that has served in every military conflict since the early nineties except the War on Terror and was a P.O.W, no there’s not a problem,” Price said, letting out a sigh.

  1. Thanks for the preview! Like most of us have said before this has been well worth the wait.

  3. I just reread the series again... and fell in love with all the characters all over again.. I hope that your muse is happy and healthy and writing *please. ;-)* so that one day soon the sequel will "magicly" appear. ;-) I know how hard it is to write these longer stories. Just know I appreciate all that you have shared with us. You have taken us to a new world and it has been fun no matter when the ride stops.

  5. Just wanted you to know that we are still here and supporting you. I appreciate how you have the story completed before you post and the amount of research you put into your stories is extensive. Keep up the good work and we will wait patiently for you.

  6. Just to let you know that many of us support you and realize that writing is hard work! If it was easy anybody could do it. We will continue to wait patiently and hope your muse will go into overdrive. Each of your tidbits makes us want more and more! Meanwhile, your other stories are still available to read and re-read.
